The OTPRMS Certificate is mandatory for every teacher training student in India. OTPRMS full form is Online Teacher Pupil Registration Management System. It is launched bY NCTE ( National Council for Teacher Education ).
Without OTPRMS Certificate, you are not eligible for Govt Teacher Jobs, TET, CTET. So all B.Ed, D.ELEd, M.Ed students must apply online.

What is OTPRMS Certificate?
This certificate validates that you have completed your teacher training from an NCTE-approved institution. After verification from the Regional Office, a computer-generated certificate is issued in your login. It is a lifetime valid proof of your teacher education.
Eligibility for OTPRMS Registration
- Candidate must be enrolled in NCTE recognized Teacher Training Institute.
- Must have valid Aadhaar Card and Mobile Number.
- Must have all academic certificates.

- Visit official portal – ncte.gov.in/orprms
- Click on New Registration, Enter Name, DOB, Mobile, Email and verify with OTP.
- Create your login ID and Password.
- Login and fill Personal Details, Contact Details, Academic Details, and Teacher Education Profile.
- Upload Photo, Signature and all Documents
- Freeze your details and click on Submit for Verification.
- Pay Rs. 200/- online fee.
After 5-7 days, your certificate will be available in your login. You will get SMS on mobile.
