Ten Things to Do Before an Exam. Exams are a stressful time for most students. Here we list out ten things you must do before an exam to make this trying period easier.

Make well-balanced meals a must –  Make sure your mind and body are healthy. A healthy and nutritious diet is a must and will help you right through your exams.

Feed your brain with the right type of information— Before you settle down into your queen size mattress, the last 45 minutes before you sleep are crucial. The information that you absorb in those minutes is what your brain will ruminate on throughout the night. Use this time to feed it with all those things, which you want to remember for your exam the next day.

Sleep with success on your mind— Being positive is key. Try creating a virtual picture of yourself successfully attempting your exam every night before going to bed. You can make a significant difference in creating better exam results with this practice even a day before the exam.

A good night’s sleep is key! – You must have a well rested mind and body to give your best at the exam. You must get at least 7-8 hours of sleep before the big day.

Eat a healthy breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day especially during exams. It will give you the energy and nutrition you need to attempt the exam with full gusto.

Polish up on what you’ve studied!!– Do that extra bit and polish up on what you’ve studied with the aim of mastering it. Go that extra mile to add a shine to your efforts.

Do a quick revision- Glance through your notes one last time before the exam preparation. Most importantly, remember this is just a quick revision for your satisfaction, so don’t fret about missing out anything.
